those chocolate crunchy balls are OUT of control. they cost 50 cents per scoop but that's neither here nor there ... i get four scoops ... i have always been a strong proponent of frozen yogurt joints that let you swirl your own froyo and add your own toppings - but then i always end up with a 16$ yogurt and a giant stomach ache. i clearly could use some discipline, which is why i am an even bigger fan of this place . they dole out the appropriate amount of yogurt and toppings - no tummy aches for this girl. not to mention, the staff --who recognize me as a loyal local fatty-- are friendly and nonjudgmental ! my only wish ? that you guys bring back the passionfruit flavor ! that was my JAM. *one more thing : i went online to check the store hours before i walked all the way over there , and yelp says that pinkberry closes at 10 pm on Friday afternoons but that, my friends, is a misprint ! i called to double check and they don't close until 12 !!! so, don't be discouraged amigos. take your derrières over there and don't forget about those chocolate balls.

This place was nice, very clean and the staff were friendly. They have a lot of topping options, but not so many frozen yogurt options. I had the original with different fruit flavored toppings (strawberry juice filled gel balls, strawberry yogurt covered pop crunch clusters, cheesecake bites & granola ) and my hubby had chocolate hazelnut yogurt with assorted toppings (Nutella, cookie dough, and waffle cone crumble). Overall, a very pleasant experience. . As pleasant as can be with a crazy toddler by your side :0 Definitely recommend!

Giving them the 5 stars for free ice cream on Opening day (2/6/2014). Obviously, I'm going to have to return and be treated as a regular customer. In the meantime, I must say, they were really friendly too! Fresh toppings, refreshing yogurt, and again it was free! Great wait to start the winter... No the spring.... No, I don't know... This is Miami. Summer!!!!

Well I love pinkberry, its the best froyo in SoBe. You can see my review for their other location. However they used to close at 1am... now they close at 10pm, but by 9:40pm they are already getting ready to close. So by 9:50pm the machines are clean, everything is ready so no froyo... They literally close at 10pm sharp. Bad business practice....which annoys me when I drive all the way there for the employees to look at me with a deer in headlights look when I walked in. I understand by 10pm they must be tired but business hours are to be respected. If you close at 10 that means you close at 10.

Solid yogurt - great price, great taste, as healthy as yogurt can be. Ample parking for south beach. Only complaint was that there was a super strong, sour smell in the restaurant. When we asked what it was, the worker thought it might have been the cleaner. Definitely unappealing! Otherwise, a standard good Pinkberry experience.

As soon as you walk through the door you're greeted and offered a variety of samples of their delicious flavors. Very nice staff, amazing frozen yogurt, very clean, fresh toppings. My personal favorite - chocolate hazelnut.

I think the yogurt at Pinkberry is an awful concoction! I took one bite and threw out the rest of it in the waste can and left. I would also point out the scam that's occurring in the parking lot where this business is located. I went across the street to get some Chinese food to-go before going to Pinkberry. In that short period, my car was towed, which cost me $288. The parking lot had literally dozens of spaces and was almost empty, but I got towed. Later, I saw two tow trucks waiting nearby to tow other people's cars in this tow-trap lot. I found one small sign on the east side of the lot warning about towing. There is no signage on the west side where I parked. I wonder if the tow outfit is splitting the towing fee with the owner of the strip mall on which Pinkberry is located? The towing outfit appears to be bringing in thousands of dollars each evening. What do you think?

Can't get enough of this place. The best yogurt in town and glad to see a new location on Sobe. Quick and easy to get in with free parking.

This place is great with an amazing location where you could always find a parking spot and the service here is phenomenal a young man by the name of alex really made my day such a cheerful person. I'm definitely coming back here no doubt.

I'm a big fan of Pinkberry but kind of annoyed that they advertise that they are open till 1 a.m. But close at 10 pm on a saturday night. Was trying to help support a newly opened obscure location, but frustrated that they wasted my time.

Awesome frozen yogurt experience! Visit pink berry pretty much every other day. I usually try everything new but the peanut butter is to hard to overcome. Also what attracts me more to pink berry is the wonderful service demonstrated by Alex & Luciano great job guys! The only drawback is that my points never add up, but other than that it's amazing.
